Power Purchase Agreements (PPA)

A solar Power Purchase Agreement is a great way for homeowners to get solar at no out-of-pocket cost to them! With a PPA, solar panels are utilized as utility equipment, meaning that Sunrun provides the solar equipment to produce the needed energy for the homeowner. In turn, the homeowner agrees to buy that energy from Sunrun for a flat, fixed rate, as opposed to the ever-increasing and unpredictable rates from the local utility company.

Cash Purchase

A Cash Purchase is the overall cheapest way to buy a solar system. It is also the only option that includes an out-of-pocket cost and upfront payment. The benefit of a cash purchase is that homeowners avoid finance fees and interest; this makes the overall cost of the system cheaper in the long run. By owning their panels, homeowners can largely eliminate their electric utility bill, as well as add value to their homes!

Zero Down Financing

Through lenders like Mosaic, we are able to offer a large variety of zero-down finance purchase options. This means that there is zero out-of-pocket cost to buying a solar panel system. Loan term lengths vary, ranging from 5 years all the way up to 20 years. In short, there’s a finance option for everyone!

  With so many solar companies to choose from, I choose Net Metering Systems because I knew I can trust Greg Garrison.  He was patient when explaining how it all works, knowledgeable in his field, and super responsive.  Greg is a prime example of great customer care and trust (unfortunately is hard to find these days).  After signing, Greg was in constant communication with me and was able to help expedite the install.   There are so many horror stories of Solar sales people and companies that ignore the customers after signing, I've never felt that way with Greg as my rep. How much does solar cost?

Besides purchasing electricity, there is no other cost associated with solar in Power Purchase Agreement. We are simply providing cheaper electricity than your utility company. We also have zero-down financing for customers wanting to own their own solar system.

Give us 30 days’ notice and well will remove, store, and re-install the solar system at an agreed upon cost.
