Meet Duane Hayes. Duane is one of the newer members of the NMS team and is a lifelong Central Valley native. Born and raised in Clovis, Duane graduated from Clovis West High School. While at Clovis West, Duane was active in multiple sports, mainly football and wrestling. For 28 years Duane ran a family-owned business before retiring. After retiring, Duane spent 7 years in the sales industry before transitioning into the renewable energy sector and joining our team.
